Sponsor A Shelter Day
I want to share a new opportunity to help the shelter pups. If you or your business want to sponsor a shelter day I will block out time in my schedule to go run the shelter dogs! I can shout out your business/instagram or you can remain anonymous! Message me if you’re interested, or have any questions/concerns.

What is a Mobile Dog Gym?My Mobile Dog Gym is a climate controlled van which comes to your house to provide personalized workouts for your dogs on my slatmill treadmills (No motor).
-
What is a Slatmill Treadmill? My Slatmill Treadmills are specifically designed for dogs. They have a pully/belt system that allows the treadmill to move. There is no motor needed for these machines! The dog is able to go as fast or slow as they want!
-
Are they forced to run?Nope! That is the beauty of Slatmills, the dog is in full control. I use fun things like toys, treats, and affection to encourage them, but they are NEVER forced! Here is a video of Prince showing you that the dogs are in full control:

What are the benefits? There are 6 main benefits to running your dog: Convenience, Exercise, Mental Stimulation, Relaxation, Improved Behavior, and Safety. - Being a mobile means that you don't even have to leave your couch to exercise your dog. I come directly to you. It's extremely convenient for when you are out of town, exhausted from work, just had surgery, have company coming over, feeling sick, the weather is bad, or you just are too busy. - The most obvious benefit of running your dog with us, is that they will be exercised! We will provide a workout specifically for your dogs needs, whether that is muscle gain, weight loss, or just burning their endless energy. - Learning to walk/run on a moving surface is not an easy task for your dog! Using our treadmill is a great way to engage your dogs brain while also exercising! Keeping them engaged = Happier pup! - With both the physical and mental exercise, your dog is likely going to be exhausted (or at least more relaxed). You can relax with them, or optimize this time to get a quick training session in. Either way you can feel good knowing your dog has been taken care of! - Running your dog can decrease or eliminate your dogs destructive behavior! (Your shoes and backyard will thank you) If your dog doesn't struggle with destructive behavior, running them will relax them. Which means you get in more cuddle time! - Running your dog with us helps keep both you and your dog safe! You are safe from creepers you might encounter out on a normal run, and your pup is safe from loose dogs that might want to hurt them. Not to mention you can avoid the trip to the dog park (which are full of diseases and agressive animals)
-
How long are sessions?Sessions start at 30 minutes, extra time can be added for an extra cost! First sessions often go for 40 minutes because it takes a little bit to get the dog warmed up to and using the treadmill. This is expected and you are not charged extra.
-
How much is my run going to cost? The price of a run depends on where you are located, and how many dogs you have! Visit my Booking/Pricing page, or message me for an exact quote!
-
What if my dog has never done it before? No worries, I would be surprised if it wasn’t your dogs first time! The first session is all about getting your dog comfortable on the treadmill and training them how to use it. We are 100% beginner friendly!
-
What dogs can/can’t run?All dogs are welcome if they are: -Under 150 lbs. -Older than 6 months -In good health (consult with a vet prior to your appointment.)
-
Do I need to provide a harness?Up to you! If you have a padded harness with a clip on top and in the front then feel free to use yours! If not no worries I have plenty of all sizes.
-
Do I need to be at the appointment?I do ask all owners to be at the first appointment, but once your dog is familiar with me and the equipment, it is up to you! You are more than welcome to stay in the van during the appointment, or I can just text you when they are done.
-
Do you monitor for overheating and exhaustion?I sure do! I have an air conditioner and a heater to keep the van at comfortable temperatures. I also provide water. As for exhaustion, the dogs are able to stop whenever they are tired. I do stop the treadmill and make dogs take a break if I suspect they are overworking.
